Return and Shipping Policies
At Weedman and Glassman, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Some items may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, but expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information.
